All sales are “as is” and final. We accept returns for refunds or exchange only on items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise at info@jp2mri.org to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Prior to returning your product, please contact us at info@jp2mri.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return. JP2MRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JP2MRI will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

JP2MRI only ships using USPS. For shipments only within the U.S., JP2MRI will calculate shipping costs after an order is received based on quantity ordered and notify customer of their total. For international shipments, additional shipping costs will apply and will be determined once an order is placed and the customer is contacted. JP2MRI will generally use the most economical shipping method to deliver all orders. Customers requesting expedited delivery should contact the Institute and understand that there will be additional costs associated with the shipping method they select. JP2MRI will normally ship all complete orders (consisting of an order form and payment) within two business days. Customers will be sent an email confirmation for all received orders.
